Types Of Orgasms a Woman Can Have

Introduction:

Here's a list and brief info of how a woman can have an orgasm.
Most of it is NOT what our mainstream society teaches us and some of it is very advanced.
The Foot, Nipple and Butt Orgasms are RARELY or NOT mentioned, anywhere.
Think-Off and Breath/Voice-Play Orgasms are being addressed more often.
Don't forget about the B-Spot ..."B" stands for Brain. Her sexual brain or sexual imagination are NEEDED to be kicked-in for her to have an orgasm.

Male sexuality is mentioned and more will be added.

Safe sex techniques and STDs/STIs are RARELY mentioned in comprehensive writings. I highly recommend that men and women learn about safe sex and communicate with their partner/s prior to intimate contact.
You can see my, Safe Sex Techniques and STDs/STIs, at:

(If anyone has any questions, let me know.)

Types of Orgasms a Woman Can Have 10/14/2010

1. Clitoral- licking/sucking/humming/fingering techniques. Woman on-top will stimulate clit. Read transcripts and hear podcasts- http://members.personallifemedia.co...ssy-playing-with-her-erectile-tissue-network/
The Welcomed Consensus, welcomed.com, has several pod casts and articles. They focus on clitoral orgasms.

Oral Techniques-

Fish Lips Cunnilingus- Stick-out and stiffen your upper lip. This supports the clit from above. Stick-out and stiffen your lower lip. This supports the clit from below. Lick the clit up and down with your tongue.

The Hummer- Make your lips into an “O” shape and suck her clit into your lips..then, HUM while sucking her clit in and out of your lips.

Nip the Bud- With your left hand, hold her labia open. With right hand place the thumb and fore-finger on either side of the clit. Use 1/2” strokes up and down.

Blow on It- By blowing air on the area, this will cause water to evaporate and create a special feeling.

2. Nipple- nibble (with your teeth, gently!) on nipples and suck/lick. There's a direct link from the nipples to the vagina. (I have success within 15 seconds.)

3. Butt- squeeze-it REAL good and use rotating finger pressure in different areas. Playfully slapping the butt is good, also. There's a direct link from the butt to the vagina. Lots of nerve endings on butt. (Don't be surprised if she tells you she can have Clit and G-Spot Orgasms, when performed.)

4. Foot- women LOVE to have their feet massaged. There's a direct link from the bottom of the foot to the vagina. I have found that applying medium pressure to the arch of the foot and using back and forth motions with my thumb, will cause an orgasm. (Some woman are NOT always responsive.)

Vaginal- (see OrgasmArts.com). Much more intense orgasms. (#5, 6, 7, 8 & 9 are vaginal orgasms.)
The use of lube can make the experience more effective. A curved-tip dildo is effective. If you are using your finger/s, have your nails short and NO burrs or sharp edges that will scratch the vaginal wall surface or anal wall surface.
Stimulating the G-Spot, requires that you press again the vaginal wall with one or two fingers and then gently (or use medium force) start stroking your finger/s back and forth towards yourself in a “come hither” finger motion.
The Deep-Spot and Cervix Orgasms are achieved by deeper stimulation with a dildo/vibrator or a mans' penis hitting the spots, correctly. The come-hither motion is effective. A mans’ penis may NOT be very effective.

5. G-Spot (Urethral-Opening, Urethral-Sponge, U-Spot)- ~1 - 2 inches inside of vaginal opening, (front surface). See: http://www.orgasmarts.com/gspot-video/ and http://www.orgasmarts.com/twofinger/
The G-Spot is a small patch of slightly rough skin. If she is already excited, then this area will feel swollen and spongy. It is also known as the peri-urethral glands and is a sexually sensitive area that surrounds the urethra. See the video and audio: http://members.personallifemedia.co...jaculate-where-does-all-the-liquid-come-from/
and: http://www.gabriellemoore.com/g-spot-orgasm/the-g-spot-road-map/

Dr. Andrew Barnes, talks about the G-Spot and female Prostate Gland (Skenes’Gland).
You can read the full interview at:
http://www.truthaboutfemaleorgasm.c...e-prostate-the-g-spot-and-female-ejaculation/

A picture of the, female prostate gland, and associated structures are at:
http://www.3dvulva.com/diagrams/f_prostate2.jpg

The female prostate gland (Skenes’Gland) is actually above the G-spot area, it’s connected to the urethra in women just as the male prostate gland is connected to the urethra in men. So by applying some gentle pressure to the G-spot area you can then internally stimulate the female prostate gland.

The female prostate gland (Skenes’Gland) is an erectile structure. It is a gland essentially. The erectile structure of the internal parts of the clitoris.
So when you stimulate the area that we call the g-spot, you’re stimulating the internal parts of the clitoris which stimulates sexual arousal and you’re also stimulating the female prostate gland which will then cause the woman to ejaculate.

6. Perineal Sponge (PS-Spot)- just inside, 1/2 - 1 inch, on the back wall of the vagina. It's composed of erectile tissue. You can see the video at: http://www.orgasmarts.com/ps-spot/.
The perineal sponge is erogenous tissue encompassing a large number of nerve endings, and can, therefore, be stimulated through the back wall of the vagina or the top wall of the rectum.[3] Some women who claim to experience orgasm during anal stimulation may be having their perineal sponge stimulated. These orgasms are often accompanied by ejaculation and are said to feel similar to orgasms that result from G-spot stimulation.

7. Deep-Spot (Vaginal Fornix, Anterior Fornix, A-Spot)- ~3.5 - 4 inches inside of vaginal opening, (front & rear surface). See: http://www.jasonjulius.com/a-spot-orgasms-your-secret-weapon/

8. Cervix- ~ 4.5 - 5 inches inside of vaginal opening, (front surface). Some women experience pain when performed. See: http://www.gabriellemoore.com/fingering-techniques/public-cervix-notice-the-low-down-on-going-deep/

9. Squirting (Female Ejaculation)- see tallulah@personallifemedia.com and http://qrobe.it/search/?q=Physiology and Sexual Function of Women By Saida Désilets, PhD&s=sb.

Just before a woman, Squirts, she has the need to urinate. If she urinates, prior to G-Spot Orgasms and just let the thought of urinating, pass, she can, Squirt.

Just prior to the G-Spot Orgasm, she MUST tighten her PC muscles, then, push-out as if to urinate. (DON'T be surprised if there's a lot of fluid! Women can have several Squirting Orgasms in sequence. The fluid is NOT urine, but, urethal sponge fluid. See the video and audio at:http://members.personallifemedia.co...jaculate-where-does-all-the-liquid-come-from/

Here’s a good demonstration with a woman explaining how to, Squirt: http://bitcast-k.v1.sjc1.bitgravity...009/10/14/7528_s01_Flowers_Squirting_demo.wmv

Can a woman have Female Ejaculation without an orgasm?
From, Jaiya Ma, and her article: Part One- Ancient Techniques to Expand and Expand Male Orgasm.

Male and female orgasm/s are controlled by the parasympathetic nervous system, which is related to relaxation. Ejaculation, on the other hand, is related to the sympathetic nervous system, which is more of the "fight or flight" response to the body.
When a woman experiences, FE, she is NOT having an orgasm. Just before or after each, FE, she will experience an orgasm.

To prevent the bed from being soaked, here’s one good method:
A water-proofing accessory called the Liberator Fascinator Throe. A washable, fluid-resistant blanket. http://www.liberator.com/eng/product/fascinator-throes-by-liberator/10342
See Sheri Winstons’ video about Puddle Pads: http://intimateartscenter.com/learning-center/videos#Presents

PC Muscle Definition- Pubococcygeus (PC) muscles. Both women and men have PC muscles. They run from the pubic bone to the tailbone in a figure eight around the genitals. They play a vital role in both male and female sexual response. Strong PC muscles help to increase blood flow in the pelvic region, heighten sexual sensation, intensify orgasm and help women to achieve orgasm and ejaculation. When you start and stop urinating, you are using your PC muscles.

PC Muscle Exercises -
Exercising these muscles will increase sexual performance. They are, also, called, Kegal Exercises. It is recommended that +200 reps/day, for 1 month, will cause you to have strong PC muscles.
See Jaiya further explain Kegal Exercises:

Pompoir
You can see a video about the benefits at: http://dacostaintimacytrainer.com/pompoir.html
You can purchase the book and read portions of the book, at: http://www.amazon.com/Pompoir-Manual-Ancient-Fitness-Control/dp/1475144652#reader_1475144652
Pompoir is the art to train and control the pelvic floor.
Originated from a technique called sahajoli, an ancient Indian tradition that includes, among other things, elements from a secret training once known only to Indian temple dancers, Hindu Devadassi and Greek courtesans. Pompoir is referenced as "holding firm" in Taoism, "kabazza," or "the velvet grip" in the Arabic language, and in the Far East as the "Singapore kiss."
A woman learns to identify, and isolate individual muscles. Acquiring the ability to control such actions as pulsing, squeezing, extruding (like milking a cow) and twisting just by controlling your pelvic muscles when your partner is inside of you, bringing him to ultimate orgasms bliss.
See, also: http://tantraecstasy.blogspot.com/2009/06/pompoir-art-of-milking-lingam.html

10. Anal- the use of lube and SLOWLY introducing her to anal sex is VERY important.
The first two inches of the anus is called the anal canal. This area is rich in nerve endings and
responds well to stimulation. After you get past the anal canal is the rectum which is about eight to nine inches.
The key to why anal sex can be so pleasurable is because the membrane between the rectum and the vaginal canal is very thin.
Because it's so thin this allows you to indirectly stimulate her G Spot and the back of her A-Spot (Deep-Spot) during anal sex The combo of the direct stimulation to the nerve endings inside the anal canal and the indirect stimulation to her G Spot and A-Spot (Deep-Spot) is going to be like nothing she's felt before. In fact women who partake in anal play say that it's a stronger and deeper orgasm than even a vaginal orgasm.
See Jaiyas’ video: http://sexwithtimaree.com/2011/05/19/jaiyas-anal-pleasure-for-women/

11. Think-Off- There are two ways a person can do, Think-Off Orgasms.

1. Breath/vocal-play and sexual imagination and moving your core- energy from your pelvis to throughout your body. Barbara Carrellas, writes about, Think-Off, in her book, Urban Tantra and other books. barabaracarrellas.com.
Four Conscious Breaths - From Urban Tantra: Sacred Sex for the Twenty-First Century
By: Barbara Carrellas, at: http://www.orgasmicyoga.com/article/773

2.When the woman is in the MOOD/Trance-Like State, by just asking the woman if she wants to have an orgasm at, just about, any part of her body, she can THINK about a certain type of orgasm, and have, Think-Off Orgasms. Or, she can just THINK of a certain type of orgasm and have it.

Erogenous Zones- From my experiences, many of them are where soft tissue occurs, the ticklish/sore-spots and where erectile tissue are present. TOUCHING/massaging/licking/sucking/kissing and biting can stimulate these areas.

Here’s a list of Erogenous Zones:
1. Lips,
2. Deep-Throat- YES, women can have Deep-Throat Orgasms.
3. Roof of Mouth- Just behind front teeth there is an area that has ridges, similar to G-Spot.
4. Butt- See Butt Orgasms.
5.Thighs,
6. Foot - All areas of foot. See Foot Orgasms.
7. Hand, Fingers, Palm
8. Back- all areas of back, especially, where there are knots or sore spots.
9. Neck- Find areas that are tight.
10.Ear- Earlobes and licking and breathing into ear.
11.Nape of the elbow,
12. Nipples- See Nipple Orgasms.
13. Breasts
14. Calves,
15. Upper Arms,
16.Vagina,
17. Anal,- See Anal Orgasm
18. G-Spot,
19. Deep-Spot,
20. Cervix,
21. Ankles (Soft tissue , sides of ankle.)
21. Hair Pull- slide the palm of your hand, with open fingers, up the back of her neck and tighten fingers grabbing the hair. Then, gently pull her hair.
22. Wrists
23. Nostrils
24. Nape of the Neck- Where skull and spine meet.
25. Just behind the ears, where there is a crease.
26. Shoulders- Find soft areas of tissue.
27. Perineal Sponge (PS-Spot)
28. Breath-Play and Vocal-Play Orgasms.
(There are more; I’m still exploring.)

Almost all women can learn how to, Squirt.

There is some truth in that men DON'T give women orgasms, women give themselves orgasms, as in, “it’s all in their mind”... it’s their sexual imagination.
From: tallulah@personallifemedia.com newsletter.
She made an interesting statement that I fully believe. She said that for a woman to have better sex, she must have the “belief, empowerment, surrender, letting go, and learning” about their sexuality. It’s NOT all about technique.
This also applies to men.
Note: Surrender means surrender to the moment, to the experience, to "what is, as is," without trying to get anywhere or make anything happen. This does not mean surrender to your partner, as in submission.

Here’s an example that she gave about squirting-

Women were able to ejaculate for the first time because:
1.They discovered G-Spot stimulation and orgasm with or without their partner.
2. They had the belief that female ejaculation was possible for them.
3.They saw and learned what female ejaculation looked like and where it came from in a video, book, a live demonstration, in a workshop, etc.
4.They learned to let go more deeply instead of being afraid they would pee accidentally. Urinate just before you decide to Squirt.
5.They were in an extended lovemaking session with themselves or with a partner and were very turned on and more open.

While there are many advanced techniques for achieving female ejaculation, you might be surprised to see that within those top 5 reasons, many of them were NOT about technique.

Male Sexuality

Sheri Winston and Patti Taylor did a podcast and talked briefly about male sexuality. Lots of good info.
Other male erectile tissue, anal play and the importance of foreskin were mentioned.
(Not much info is available about male sexuality, so far.)

Anal Play- Prostrate Orgasm/massage is started SLOWLY and with lube. A “come-hither” motion is recommended.

From an article written by, Jaiya Ma, Part One- Ancient Techniques to Expand and Expand Male Orgasm:

The western medical definition of orgasm, in women, is a climax that consists of involuntary contraction of the pelvic floor muscles.
In men, there are rapid contractions in the prostrate, urethra and the muscles at the base of the penis. These contractions can cause the expulsion of semen.

It is possible for a man to have:
1. An ejaculation without an orgasm.
2. An orgasm without an ejaculation.

An orgasm, is controlled by the parasympathetic nervous system, which is related to relaxation. Ejaculation, on the other hand, is related to the sympathetic nervous system, which is more of the "fight or flight" response to the body.

There are 3 different types of orgasms that a man can experience and are not limited by limited western beliefs that say, 3-30 seconds of rapid muscular contractions. It feels good for a few seconds, then, there is a refractory period. Learning to not ejaculate and prolong the experience will help to over-come the tetter-totter effect of hormones.

The other types of orgasms a man can experience that do NOT include, ejaculation are:
1. Energy/Kundalini or Kriya Orgasms.
2. Prostate Specific Orgasm

The Altered States of Orgasmia
(Here's a list of the types of orgasms, Sheri Winston, has experienced...amazing!!)

• Little tickly genital-sneeze orgasms

• Big ones, bigger ones, and even bigger ones

• Megagasms (ridiculously huge ones that seem to go on forever)

• Multi-multi-multi-gasms

• Laugh-gasms (Accomplished by breath-play and intentional laughing. (See, also, Laughing Yoga. )

• Sob-gasms

• Love-gasms

• Chakra-gasms

• Releasing waves of flowing, “surrender” (or yin) orgasms

• Fierce clutching, driving (yang) orgasms

• Mini-orgasms and “aftershocks” (known as kriyas in the tantric tradition)

• Energy orgasms ranging from small shuddery ones to huge bodywracking ones

• Orgasms centered in different body parts and sex centers: mouth, throat, heart, breasts and nipples, clitoris, pussy, uterus, ass.

• Full-body orgasms• Projectile, squirting, gushing orgasms (orgasms with female ejaculation)

• Surprise orgasms that sneak up on you

• Telepathic mutual mind-blowers when you feel you’re in perfect intuitive union with your partner.
If I’ve had these orgasms, you can have them, too!

Significant quote:
“Do not believe anything because it is said by an authority, or if it is said to come from angels, or from Gods, or from an inspired source. Believe it only if you have explored it in your own heart and mind and body and found it to be true.”

Pop Quiz About Female Genitalia
Sheri Winston has a good quiz about female genitalia at:
http://intimateartscenter.com/pop-quiz/
Here it is:
1. A penis is mostly made up of erectile tissue, enabling it to become bigger, harder and more sensitive (engorged). Do women have erectile tissue?
A. Yes, women have the exact same kind of erectile tissue as men do.

2. Do woman have a) less erectile tissue than men, b) more erectile tissue than men, or c) the same amount of erectile tissue as men?
A. Women have the same amount of erection equipment as men do. Pound for pound, inch for inch, women have just as much as men, it’s just arranged differently.

3. Women’s erectile tissue is located a) in the renowned and ultra-sensitive clitoris, b) in a number of different interconnected but separate genital structures, c) in other yummy body parts, such as the nipples, lips, earlobes and nostrils, or d) all of the above.
A. All of the above. Women have an Erectile Network — a system of genital structures, including the well-known head of the clitoris (but that’s just the tip of the volcano). There’s much more!

4. All female orgasms require and result from clitoral stimulation. True or False?
A. False. Women can be orgasmic from a variety of types of stimulation of different parts of their erectile network as well as from indirect non-genital stimulation. Usually, the sweetly sensitive bud of the clitoris is involved but doesn’t always require direct attention—although that’s often appreciated.

5. Is the G-spot real? Do all women have a one?
A. Yes, and yes. It’s one part of the Erectile Network and it's standard equipment. But it’s not a spot—so that name is misleading. Also known as the urethral sponge, it’s a cylinder of erectile tissue that surrounds the urethra (the pee tube). It’s located above the roof of the vagina and can be felt through the upper vaginal wall. With stimulation, it swells just like any other erectile tissue does. When erect, it feels like a spongy ridge or crest that runs along the mid-line of the vaginal roof. Other names for this structure are the urethral sponge, the female prostate, the Goddess spot, the squirt tube, the G-crest and the ridge.

6. What’s all this stuff about squirting? Is female ejaculation really real?
A. Most certainly! Although only a small percentage of women profusely ejaculate naturally, all women can learn to do so, if they want. Squirting is a learnable skill!

7. There is more to the female Erectile Network then the clitoris and the G-spot (aka the urethral sponge). True or False?
A. True—a lot more! And when the whole network of erectile equipment is attended to and all puffed up, than the band really begins to play! Want to learn more? Attend Sheri’s class or buy the book to get all the juicy details!

8. Types of Sex- Vanilla Sex, Kinky Sex and Tantric Sex

Vanilla Sex <=> clinical sexual intercourse
Kink Sex <=> Imaginative sexuality
Tantra Sex <=> Spiritual sexuality

My belief of what, Vanilla Sex, is:
It's based upon the lack of knowledge and beliefs in our sexuality.
Almost ALL of us have been raised in a society that does NOT teach us about our sexuality. What we do know is based on what our peers, elders and religious leaders have told us, which is, false or misleading.
So, we do what we think we should do..in and out...play with the pussy, somewhat...suck the cock.
There's a lack of passion and interests in pleasuring our partner.
Vanilla sex, to me, is not lovemaking.

Kink Sex is:
Where the mind plays with sexuality - thus the sexual clothing, leather, ropes, perfumes, domination, slaves, exhibitionist, erotic touching and all where a sexual atmosphere is created. The possibilities are very numerous.
Actual sexual intercourse may or may not occur, and the people will absolutely be engaged and at play.
Kink, can include dirty talk, role-playing and sex fantasy stories.
It can include, BDSM.
Tantric sex can be included.

Tantric/Spiritual Sex is:
Where the core-energy of each person meet and entwines with others, the souls of two or more merge and a bliss is created.
This is often an "out of body" experience where sexual intercourse may or may not occur. Instincts and intellect are transcended and the mind-essence itself is free of the mortal shell.
Our Sexual Energies are MERGED or exchanged and Energy Orgasms occur between each person.
Kink sex can be included

6.You and your partner can learn to reach higher Chakras by initially doing Breath-Play and Vocal-Play. You can do it to yourself or do it with the two of you facing one another. The classic position is Yab-Yum, where the man is in the Lotus position with him sitting and legs crossed and she is sitting on his lap. Full/partial or no penile penetration will accomplish this.

Note: This type of orgasm/s are effective in opening-up a womans’ and a mans’ sexuality and reaching higher Chakras. Here are the steps:
* pump my pelvic floor muscles by squeezing up
* while I breathe in deeply
* and open my mouth and relax the opening of my throat
* then breathe out with a moan/ahh, etc.(Vocal)
* and focus on moving the energy all through my body, filling up my arms, legs, chest, head with sexual sensation
* repeat, 3-5 times.

6a. Women Report that Exercise Triggers Orgasm (Coregasms)

(The study, led by Debby Herbenick, co-director of the Center for Sexual Health Promotion at IU, found that these “coregasms” were associated with a number of different exercises including abdominal workouts, biking and spinning, lifting weights and climbing poles or ropes. And this latest information about “coregasms” could do more than just encourage women to replace their vibrators with a spin class. “These data are interesting because they suggest that orgasm is not necessarily a sexual event," and they may also teach us more about how orgasms happen physiologically, Herbenick told Medical Xpress.)

7. Kenneth Ray Stubbs, Ph.D, Sexual Shaman:
If we wish to understand shamanism, we must know energy.
If we wish to understand orgasm, we must know energy.
If we wish to understand God/Source/Goddess, we must know energy.
With energy comes wisdom.
Without these, there is no transformation. SexualShaman.com

Ray believes that those who want to develop shamanic capabilities must learn to intensify, build, direct, and merge their energies. It is when your intentions are clear and your energies are merged and intensified that “things happen!” This requires practice, and here's the good news: The way to get the type of energy needed to do shamanic abilities is to orgasm.

“Have lots of orgasms to get on the path,” he says. Of course, there's also a route for those who are celibate. Celibacy works for those who are highly developed. They let go of sexual activities and merge their energetic core to be one with Source.

Ray describes four types of orgasm, one type associated with each of the “bodies” we live in. The first is:

1.The physical body- which is the home of the physical orgasm. This is the orgasm we all know and love.

2.The light body- oversees the chakras, the kundalini system, and other parts of the body's “engine.” It is the home of the energetic orgasm (or light body orgasm), which sometimes starts in the head or the chest rather than the genitals. When you hear an orgasm described as a “whole body” orgasm, Ray says that a light body orgasm was probably involved.

3. Your spirit body- is the “driver of the car.” That's where you make your intentions known to the rest of you. In a spirit body orgasm, your energy field expands to encompass another's in a “cocoon of cotton candy” feeling. It feels like falling in love; it's sweet and soft and expands to include others in the feeling.

4.The soul body- is the part of you that can visit other dimensions, and can see God. A soul body orgasm is often described with statements like “I really felt like everything,” and “I was one with all that is.” It resonates throughout your being, physical and non-physical alike. Mystics of every tradition have described this experience, including some venerated celibates.

Patti Taylor talks with Ray Stubbs:
http://personallifemedia.com/podcas...ing/episodes/3029-sacred-ogasm-dr-kenneth-ray

Dr. Kenneth Ray Stubbs: “What I am calling a soul/body orgasm has been the most elusive of the four general types of orgasm about which I am talking. With the spirit/body orgasm, I feel a oneness, a merging energy with another person’.
“ But my perspective is that your partner is there and you gradually hold the intent of expanding your energy field to encompass theirs, not just staring in their eyes, not just breathing in unison, but it really focuses on the intent to expand your energy. And, of course to perceive your partner's energy being expanded to include you”
“We have other bodies in a sense or other energetic systems that are maybe not visible. The common one is referred to as chakras or kundalini. In my perspective, we are made up of 10 bodies or 10 energetic systems, of which the physical body is just one. Four of these different bodies - that is just a language I'm using - can have orgasms”..

Francesca Gentille talks with Ray Stubbs. Light Energy Orgasms are mentioned:

Here are two videos, Part 1 and 2, from Kenneth Stubbs, a Sexual Shaman.
He talks about sexual energy MERGING, sexual healing and transformation:
http://vimeo.com/33935763
Reverend Goddess Charmaine, who lives in, New Jersey, USA, interviews Kenneth Ray Stubbs about his views on Tantra, shamanism, and sexuality. He states, few people can merge their energy with someone else. He makes many statements that are interesting. The use of crystals can amplify the energy. Merging can occur with animals, trees, etc. When there is a sexual attraction, the merging will be sexual with orgasms. Very few people can NOT merge energetically. At the end, of the Skype interview, he and Charmaine merged their energies.

Gillian Alexander interviews Kenneth Ray Stubbs about his ideas on shamanism, energy, and sexuality. His Fundamentals of Shamanism class in Scotland.
Western science does NOT teach Shamanism and MERGING. Doctors, Reiki Practitioners and other people who do healing, almost all do NOT know energy exchange. Kenneth can merge his energy with people over, Skype. Reiki long-distance healing is NOT the same as merging.
http://vimeo.com/36409051

Kenneth Ray Stubbs interviewed about his views on shamanism and sexuality with Dale Joyal and Nicole Neufeld.; A Shaman Tantra class-Vancouver, Canada. Merging with a crystal will be a different experience and it can be profound. Our culture does not promote a Shamanic culture. Many people do have the abilities, but, are not aware of it.The ceremonies that he teaches, will clear the energies, create balance and transform people. http://vimeo.com/37019883

“Our sexual energy and spiritual energy are one and the same. That’s what people don’t want to recognize. If you study anything about your mystics, it’s what they’ve experienced. If you know anything about these things, you know you move with that sexual energy because it is a creative, divine energy.”- Deepak Chopra

Kenneth Ray Stubbs, talks about, THE HORSE BOY is a 2008 documentary about an autistic 4-year old boy and his parents journeying to visit shamans in, Mongolia, in search of ways to improve the child's situation. This is an awesome story about how shaman's can facilitate healing. See the trailer: http://www.horseboymovie.com/Film.php?utm_source=Horse Boy - newsletter&utm_campaign=Horse Boy newsletter&utm_medium=email

The child has the skill of energy but he can not make use of it. The Shamans helped the child to better relate to people and the child learned to have bowel movements as most of us have.
The father contributed to the child by the father learning to function in the 4 dimensions.
People with ADD, etc. may be in the same situation as this child.

11. Here’s a good video and he talks about how difficult it is to get good info about sexuality and for women/men to accept the many areas about their sexuality. A womans’ self-esteem is very important. Shame, guilt, fear, money and EGO get in the way.
He shows a womans’ urethra, clitoris and PC muscle strength. Watch his massage techniques, finding her sore-spots/tickle-spots, and butt massage and thigh massage are very important!
He recommends grape seed oil. I would recommend organic grape seed or coconut oil and NOT microwaving it in a plastic bottle. After she is completely relaxed from massage, she is ready for G-Spot and Squirting Orgasms.
After 19 minutes of the video, he demonstrates the way to do this. She will start experiencing many orgasms.
The video is at: http://xhamster.com/movies/638305/teach_your_girl_how_to_squirt_tantric_massage_cireman.html

Note 1: You must excuse his terminology at times.
Note 2: He does seem too serious.
Note 3: It was funny when she said it will take her 10 minutes to switch-gears from orgasm mode to pee mode.
Note 4: I didn’t know about those dimples as mentioned at, 31 minutes.(?)
Note 5: TRUST and RESPECT within the relationship is important.
